General Atlantic to Acquire Majority Stake in EN Engineering

Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic and EN Engineering, a leading utility engineering, consulting and compliance services firm, announced the launch of a new partnership in which General Atlantic will acquire a majority stake in the company from CIVC Partners. As part of the transaction, CIVC and company management will continue to be shareholders going forward.
