KIK Enters Agreement to Acquire Chemtura’s Consumer Products Business

Paul, Weiss client KIK Custom Products Inc., a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, announced that it has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire the Consumer Products business of Chemtura Corporation. The purchase price is $315 million, subject to customary adjustments.
