Lehman Brothers Real Estate Funds Spin-Out
Paul, Weiss represented the management team of the Lehman Brothers Real Estate private equity funds in the spin-out from Lehman Brothers Holding Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries. The spin-out, completed today, transfers management of over 30 funds with over $3 billion under management to an entity controlled by the management team.
