Matthews International Closes Acquisition of Aurora Casket

On August 20, Matthews International Corporation completed its acquisition of Aurora Casket Company from Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company. Under the terms of the transaction, Matthews purchased Aurora's stock for $214 million, subject to a working capital adjustment.
