Oak Hill Capital, GI Partners to Buy WaveDivision Holdings
As reported by Bloomberg, Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital Partners LP in an agreement, along with GI Partners LLC and members of WaveDivision Holdings LLC's management, to buy WaveDivision Holdings for an undisclosed price. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2012.
WaveDivision provides Internet, cable and phone access to more than 325,000 residential and business customers in Washington, Oregon and California.
