Oak Hill Capital Partners to Sell Primus International to Precision Castparts
On Friday, July 8, our client Oak Hill Capital Partners signed an agreement to sell its portfolio company Primus International Holding Company to Precision Castparts Corp. for $900 million. Primus International is a leading supplier of highly engineered metallic and composite parts, kits and assemblies to the global aerospace industry. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011.
