Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC completed its acquisition of Help At Home, Inc., a home care provider delivering in-home care to seniors and persons with disabilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Angelo Bonvino, Brad Finkelstein and Chuck Googe and counsel Marta Kelly, Didier Malaquin and Christopher Poggi; tax partner Scott Sontag; real estate partner Peter Fisch; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
