Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC announced that it has acquired National Seating & Mobility, Inc. from Ridgemont Equity Partners. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, NSM is a provider of complex rehab technology solutions for individuals with permanent or long-term mobility loss due to trauma, physical abnormality, structural defect or disease. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
