Prem Amarnani is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Amarnani focuses his practice on a range of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has advised clients in mergers, stock deals, corporate restructurings and other transactional matters in industries such as healthcare, consumer products and financial services.

Mr. Amarnani served as the managing editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and earned academic concentrations in Taxation and Commercial Law.
