Oron Eli is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Oron advises private and public companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.

Oron has represented numerous private equity clients, including affiliates of Apollo Global Management, General Atlantic, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Crestview Partners, among others.
