EXPERIENCE
Greg has substantial experience representing alternative asset managers in investments in leveraged debt instruments (or portfolios of leveraged debt investments) in both un-levered and leveraged transactions in a variety of structures, including total return swaps. He has been involved in various matters with Apollo Global Management and their current and former portfolio companies, including ADT Security Services, BrightSpeed, ClubCorp, Coinstar, Covis Pharma, Cox Media Group, EmployBridge, Graanul Invest, Great Canadian Gaming, Intrado, LifePoint Health, Lottomatica, Maxim Crane Works, The New Home Company, Rackspace, Redbox, Shutterfly, Talos Production and Verizon Media (n/k/a Yahoo!), among others.
