Ray Russo Participates in "This Week in the Boardroom"

Corporate partner Ray Russo participated in the weekly series "This Week in the Boardroom," hosted by Corporate Board Member and the NYSE Euronext, along with Knowledge Partners, Paul, Weiss and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ray was joined by Catherine Bromilow and John May of PricewaterhouseCoopers in analyzing the recent decision by the Delaware Court of Chancery reinforcing the use and validity of poison pills. They also discussed dealing with SEC comment letters, including how they can impact companies, how companies should respond to them and what directors should look out for.
