On June 22 associate Tara Kaplan was a featured speaker at the New York City Bar Association's CLE program on "Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates." Tara addressed issues regarding grantor trust rules and discussed related topics, including tax return reporting for grantor trusts and grantor trusts in estate planning. The seminar was sponsored by the City Bar Committee on Estate and Gift Taxation.
