Litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the April 23 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "New York's Wage Parity Law Upheld as Constitutional," discusses Concerned Home Care Providers v. Cuomo, in which the court ruled that New York's Wage Parity Law is not preempted by the National Labor Relations Act or ERISA and does not violate the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause or Due Process Clause. Litigation associate Damon Andrews assisted in the preparation of this column.
