An associate in the Real Estate Department, Mr. Harmon focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions including mortgage and other financing, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets. His representations have involved all types of commercial real property, including large metropolitan office buildings, multi-use developments, brand-name hotels and resorts, shopping centers, multi-family and industrial properties. Additionally, Mr. Harmon has experience assisting domestic and international clients in connection with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and financings and negotiating agreements for the disposition of real estate assets with complex ownership and cost sharing structures.
