Litigation partner Roberta Kaplan discussed the current litigation challenging the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), including the case brought by Paul, Weiss, together with the ACLU, on behalf on Edith Windsor in the Southern District of New York, at the Albany Law School's upcoming symposium titled "LGBT Rights: Toward a More Perfect Union," held on October 13.
