As counsel in the Corporate Department, Sarah Mudho is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Ms. Mudho focuses her practice on a range of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She advises clients in their M&A, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and recapitalization transactions. As part of her practice, Ms. Mudho has advised clients in industries such as healthcare, consumer products, defense, dining and hospitality and sporting goods.
