Sean
O'Donnell
Associate
An associate in the Litigation Department, Dr. O’Donnell focuses his practice on patent litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. O’Donnell worked on a patent litigations, conducted due diligence investigations and prosecuted patents for a Washington, D.C. boutique intellectual property firm. His practice spanned a variety of technologies, including biologics, pharmaceuticals, and biomedical devices.
While in law school, Dr. O’Donnell worked as a Student Associate and completed a judicial internship with the Hon. Susan G. Braden of the Court of Federal Claims. He earned a Doctorate from the Integrated Program in Cellular, Molecular and Biophysical Studies at Columbia University, where he researched mammalian molecular neurobiology. His work contributed to the 2004 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine awarded to Richard Axel, M.D.
