Corporate and litigation partner Judge Stephen Lamb and corporate partner Marilyn Sobel will participate at the Practising Law Institute CLE program "Delaware Law Developments 2010: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know," taking place on May 6 in New York City. Judge Lamb will co-chair the event and Marilyn will moderate the panel "Corporate Governance from the Inside Perspective."
