Corporate and litigation partner Stephen Lamb will speak at the PLI program "Corporate Governance 2010: A Master Class," taking place on February 17 in New York City. The program will address issues of corporate responsibility, governance and government regulation which continue to be priorities of the new administration. Stephen will speak on the panel about law developments in Delaware, discussing the 2009 amendments to DGCL, fiduciary duties, the state of business judgment rule and "alternative entity" cases.
