Judge Stephen Lamb, partner in the firm's Corporate and Litigation Departments, will speak at Tulane University Law School's 22nd Annual Corporate Law Institute conference, taking place on April 15-16 in New Orleans. Judge Lamb will join a panel on April 15 that will review the most recent case law and statutory developments in Delaware, such as decisions affecting proxy fights, rights of holders of preferred stock, disclosure obligations and corporate dissolution.
