Bankruptcy partner Steve Shimshak will speak on a panel at the INSOL Europe Annual Congress 2008 in Barcelona, Spain, taking place on October 2-5. Steve and his fellow panel members will discuss the recent and controversial decisions concerning two Bear Stearns hedge funds registered in the Cayman Islands that unsuccessfully sought relief under chapter 15 of the Bankrupcty Code in the Southern District of New York.
