Law Clerk
A law clerk in the Litigation Department, Tadahiro Kaburaki focuses on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation.
Mr. Kaburaki has research experience in a variety of technologies, especially in the electrical devices area. He has worked on device fabrication methods at the Cornell NanoScale Science and Technology facility and the Cornell Nanobiotechnology Center. He also has experience in creating mathematical models for hybrid electrical/biological systems.
Mr. Kaburaki has assisted on a case involving LED semiconductor devices:
- Bluestone Innovations Texas, LLC v. Nichia Corporation et al., No. 2-10-CV-171 (E.D. Tex.); (patent infringement case involving LEDs and LDs).
Mr. Kaburaki received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University as well as a B.A. in Chemistry from Drew University. He received his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor for the
Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.
