Litigation partner Michele Hirshman will participate at Practising Law Institute's 41st Annual Institute on Securities Regulation taking place November 4-6 in New York City. The three-day program will explore a variety of timely topics, including financial markets and regulatory overview, handling disclosure issues in the current environment, Delaware corporate law developments and government enforcement updates. Michele will join the panel titled, "Civil/Criminal Enforcement and Internal Investigations," which will discuss internal investigations/company defense, multinational investigations, representing individuals and juggling multiple regulators.
