An associate in the Corporate Department, Tim Phillips is resident in the Toronto office. Mr. Phillips represents U.S. and Canadian issuers and investment banks in connection with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of debt, equity and convertible securities. Mr. Phillips also has transactional and regulatory experience advising a variety of market participants in connection with derivatives and structured finance transactions.
