Corporate partner Toby Myerson participated in an executive panel at this year's Harvard Asia Business Conference, "Asia in a Whole New World," which took place February 14-15 in Boston. Hosted by Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, and the Kennedy School of Government, the conference examined the role of Asia in the current state of global affairs, particularly against the backdrop of the global economic crisis. On a panel with a professor from Harvard Business School, the Deputy Governor of the IMF and a Vice Chairman of Citigroup Global Markets, Toby addressed M&A activity in Asia, saying that he anticipates an increase in outbound Asian deals and that medium and long-term prospects for Asian economies give cause for optimism.
