Litigation partner Walter Ricciardi will present at the ALI-ABA course of study, Accountants' Liability: Litigation and Issues in the Financial Crisis, on July 9-10 in Chicago. The program will provide an overview of the changing principles that govern the field of accountants' liability, with particular emphasis on the developments that followed the major corporate failures, as well as issues that the profession will likely face in the coming years.
