Litigation partner Walter Ricciardi will speak at the program "The SEC's New Cooperation Policy -- What You Need To Know To Navigate The New Guidelines," which is sponsored jointly by the City Bar Center for CLE and the District of Columbia Bar and will be conducted simultaneously in New York and DC by video link on February 23. Walter, Lorin Reisner, the current Deputy Director of Enforcement at the SEC, and others will discuss important changes to the agency's enforcement program announced on January 13. The topics will include the SEC's new cooperation policy for individuals and the just-issued revision of the SEC Enforcement Manual, its collection of procedures for handling investigations.
