Litigation partner Walter Ricciardi will participate at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' 5th Annual White Collar Crime Conference, "Defending the White Collar Case: In and Out of Court." The CLE program, taking place at Fordham University Law School on October 1 and 2, will explore numerous topics, including the decline of attorney-client privilege, federal money laundering, grand jury reform, sentencing and other federal legislation. Walter will be part of the panel, "Financial Fiasco - Prosecutions and Lawsuits Stemming from the Securities Market," which will discuss litigation surges, the mischief of deferred prosecution agreements and the priorities of federal enforcement. The panel also includes Robert Khuzami, Hon. Lewis Kaplan, and Ira Sorkin.
