Litigation partner Walter Ricciardi will join the video-link panel program "Riding Herd on Complex Products - SEC Enforcement Launches Its Structured and New Products Unit," taking place on April 26 at 12:00 - 1:30 PM (EST). The panel will allow the audience to interact with the chief and deputy chief of the SEC Enforcement Division's newly created Structured and New Products Unit. This new unit will focus on complex derivatives and financial products, including credit default swaps, collateralized debt obligations and securitized products. The City Bar Center for CLE program is co-sponsored with the Committee on Broker-Dealer Regulation and SEC Enforcement, District of Columbia Bar.
