Wellspring Capital Management Acquires ThermaSys Corporation

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC announced on January 31 the successful completion of its purchase of ThermaSys Corporation, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of heat exchangers and heat exchange equipment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
