Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

To be eligible, local applicants must be (i) exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3), (ii) sponsored by a 501(c)(3) who will serve as the fiscal agent (must complete fiscal sponsor form) or (iii) a special purpose unit of government.
