Description of Program and Relief

Red River Cultural District Banding Together ATX

Through its Banding Together ATX program, the Red River Cultural District is providing grocery gift cards of up to $100 to support music, hospitality, and service industry workers who have suffered financially due to event cancellations or business closures resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

In order to qualify, individuals must:

  • Be 18 or older;

  • Reside in Austin or the surrounding area;

  • Be unemployed at the time of application; and

  • Have lost employment as a direct result of the COVID-19 outbreak, in one of the following businesses: music venue, musician, music marketing/photography/content, bar, event production/activation, food and beverage, hotel, hospitality/destination management company.

Application Deadlines (If Applicable)

Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis until funding is exhausted.
