Description of Program and Relief

Executive Order Suspending Booting and Towing

On March 19, 2020, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms issued an order suspending the booting and towing of vehicles in public City streets and routes. This is part of an effort to assist restaurants and delivery services to maintain their operations in what is anticipated to be an increase in food delivery services.

Effective from March 19, 2020, through October 31, 2020, unless modified by a subsequent order.
