Support for Workers Facing Layoffs, Closures, and Other Sensitive Business Actions (Rapid Response)

The Division of Workforce Solutions in the North Carolina Department of Commerce runs Rapid Response, an early intervention program that helps employers and workers facing layoffs, closures, and other sensitive business actions.

In light of COVID-19, Rapid Response services will now be provided virtually, by phone, video-conference, and/or email.
