Public Utility Relief - Water

The Oklahoma City Utilities Department is suspending non-payment disconnections due to COVID-19.

This is not a government-sponsored program.

Dates Available

Effective immediately.

According to their website, the Oklahoma City Utilities Department has stopped all water service cut-offs to residential customers until further notice.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

To participate in one of these programs, one must be a residential customer of the Oklahoma City Utilities Department who is unable to timely pay their bills.
