Dave Curran Authors Article in Financial Times’ Agenda on Rethinking Approach to ESG

Chief Sustainability and ESG Officer Dave Curran published an article, “‘G’overning the E and S of ESG,” in Agenda, a Financial Times specialty publication for corporate boards. The opinion piece highlights the need for corporate boards to rethink their governance structures and mechanisms in order to seamlessly integrate ESG concerns, rather than collide with them head-on. Dave suggests that, though corporate governance is traditionally a slower, more measured process, boards and the companies they govern will mitigate risk and be better positioned for success if they proactively and quickly create a holistic approach to ESG, allowing them to more easily pivot in today’s rapid-response environment.
