Established in Manhattan in 1875, the New York office has a played a key role in landmark transactional, litigation and pro bono matters for decades. The office is home to over 800 attorneys, who work in tandem with colleagues in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles and Wilmington, and in Europe, Asia and Canada. Longtime clients include many of the city’s iconic companies, investors and financial institutions.

The office, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, is home to many members of Paul, Weiss’s market-leading transactional practices, including our top-ranked mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment management, finance, restructuring, capital markets, real estate, tax, executive compensation and personal representation groups.
