Peter Jaffe to Participate in Panel at SEC/DOJ Enforcement Event

Counsel Peter Jaffe will speak on a panel at the annual SEC/DOJ Enforcement Update. Topics that will be addressed include the new DOJ FCPA enforcement plan and guidance, corporate and individual accountability under the Yates Memo and cyber enforcement, among others. The event will take place on May 25 in Washington, D.C.
