Robert Atkins Is American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week

Litigation partner Robert Atkins was named "Litigator of the Week" by The Am Law Litigation Daily following a landmark antitrust appellate ruling for Paul, Weiss client Becton Dickinson & Co. The Fifth Circuit's ruling on December 2 reversed and vacated an earlier  $340 million verdict in a lawsuit by competitor, Retractable Technologies, Inc.
