Andrew Finch and Josh Soven to Speak at GCR Conference on Antitrust Trends

Litigation partners Andrew Finch and Josh Soven will participate in panels as part of Global Competition Review’s 12th Annual GCR Live: Law Leaders Global conference. Andrew will be a panelist on “Mergers: Potential competition and innovation as theories of harm in merger reviews,” which will cover recent merger enforcement cases focused on innovation theories of harm and the markets that are particularly susceptible to such theories in merger reviews, among other topics.

Josh will moderate “Antitrust: Self-preferencing: Is it a real problem?” which will focus on the increasing regulatory scrutiny of self-preferencing in the context of digital platforms leveraging data advantages, and new bills and regulations in the U.S. and the EU that aim to address self-preferencing in digital markets, among other topics.

The conference will take place in Miami on February 2 – 3. Both Andrew’s and Josh’s panels will take place on February 2 at 11:15 a.m. ET.
