Alexia Korberg Named “Young Lawyer of the Year” by The American Lawyer

Litigation partner Alexia Korberg has been named a 2021 “Young Lawyer of the Year” by The American Lawyer. The publication recognizes Alexia’s nationally prominent work as a tireless defender of women’s reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ people and immigrants; demonstrated commitment to improving the legal profession; and high-profile litigation achievements.
Alexia currently co-leads the team representing Mississippi’s last abortion clinic, Jackson Women’s Health Organization, and is representing the clinic, together with the Center for Reproductive Rights, at the Supreme Court this fall to uphold their district court and Fifth Circuit victories invalidating Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban.
The winners will be honored at The American Lawyer’s Industry Awards event on December 2 in New York City.
