The American Lawyer recognized Paul, Weiss as a finalist for its "Litigation Department of the Year" award. In recognizing the firm for its successful representation of Citigroup Inc. in a Second Circuit victory and its work for Exxon Mobil Corp., among others, Am Law said that Paul, Weiss's "prowess at the deal table is ultimately predicated on its firepower in the courtroom."
