Brad Karp to Participate at PLI’s Hot Topics for In-House Counsel

Firm chair Brad Karp will moderate a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s annual Hot Topics for In-House Counsel 2017. Brad’s panel, “Handling Bet-the-Company Matters,” will discuss avoiding, mitigating and managing existential litigation and regulatory threats when attempts at early disposition fail, and the blueprint for successful crisis management, among other topics. The event will take place on November 17 in New York City.
