Litigation partner Elizabeth
Sacksteder participated in a panel discussion as part of
the New York Stock Exchange's General Counsel Forum. Liz's panel,
titled "Looking Ahead: Governance, Risk and Compliance in 2015,"
gave insights on the SEC's regulatory focus and litigation trends,
evaluate how general counsel can work with their boards to
establish their risk tolerance, and share ideas to implement a more
effective risk assessment process. The event took place at the New
York Stock Exchange on November 6.
