Litigation partner Jacqueline Rubin will discuss the enforcement of corporate agreements at the Practising Law Institute's "Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements" seminar on January 6 in New York City. Jacqui's session, titled "When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate," will address the anticipation of disputes and breaches, the choice of law and jurisdiction, and enforcement in foreign jurisdictions, among other topics.
