Litigation partner Jacqueline Rubin will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2018. Jacqui’s panel, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” will discuss anticipating disputes and breaches, litigation vs. ADR, and choice of law and jurisdiction, among other topics. The event will take place in New York City on January 18.
