Lorin Reisner to Participate in Panel Discussion at IBA Conference

Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will speak on a panel at the International Bar Association’s Private Equity Transactions Symposium. Lorin will chair a panel on “The Role of Litigation, Court Proceedings and Investigations in Private Equity Transactions and Portfolio Companies.” Panel members will examine litigation and investigation issues and how the private equity industry regards them, with a particular focus on transactions and portfolio companies. Other speakers will include Apollo Chief Legal Officer John Suydam, Blackstone Managing Director and Global Head of Compliance Marshall Sprung, Slaughter and May partner Deborah Finkler, and Erskine Chambers’ Martin Moore QC. The event will take place on November 16 in London.
