Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s seminar titled “Pocket MBA 2017: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals.” Lorin’s panel, “Financial Improprieties, Fraud & Other Threats to Business,” will discuss recent enforcement developments and examples of financial improprieties, steps for in-house lawyers and outside counsel to take when financial improprieties are uncovered and crisis management plans among other topics. The event will take place from November 20-21 in New York City.
