Roberto Gonzalez to Speak at ACI Economic Sanctions Conference in New York

Litigation partner Roberto Gonzalez will participate in a panel discussion at the American Conference Institute’s 8th Annual New York Forum on Economic Sanctions. Roberto’s panel will address the interplay between federal agencies and the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) in the area of sanctions compliance and enforcement. Among other topics, the panel will discuss challenges under the DFS’s new Part 504 regulation on sanctions/anti-money laundering. The event will take place from December 5-6 in New York City.
